Blue light emitted from mobile phones can interfere with the production of melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that helps regulate sleep. In such a situation, due to obstruction in its production, it may become difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.

If the mobile is kept under your pillow or on your pillow while sleeping at night, it can also increase the level of stress and depression. Using mobile increases the level of the stress hormone called cortisol in the body and you remain stressed even during sleep.

The place in your bedroom where you sleep must be calm composed and peacefully arranged to ensure a better sleep time your environment should be clean and peaceful, and have a good and clean bedsheet, pillowcase, and all kinds of stuff well-arranged.

Good sleeping mattress 
Mattress is quite an important thing to consider and make sure you choose a good quality mattress as it will decide the comfort it will provide to your body which will ultimately result in good sleep.
