OnePlus has officially announced the impending launch of its latest smartphone, the OnePlus Nord CE4 5G, in India. Scheduled for release on April 1, 2024, the device is positioned as an upgraded iteration of the OnePlus Nord CE3. With an anticipated price point of Rs 30,000 in India, the OnePlus Nord CE4 5G will enter the market to compete against contenders such as the Nothing Phone 2a, Realme 12 Pro+, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+.

Ahead of its official launch, details of the OnePlus Nord CE4 5G have been leaked, revealing impressive specifications across its display, processor, and charging capabilities. OnePlus has confirmed support for 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging in the Nord CE4, alongside the inclusion of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, offering significant performance enhancements over the Snapdragon 782 chipset found in the OnePlus Nord CE3.

The device, identified with model number CPH2613 on Greekbench, exhibits impressive single-core performance of 1,135 and multicore performance of 3,037. Sporting 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD card, the Nord CE4 delivers robust performance and ample storage capacity. Operating on the Android 14-based OxygenOS UI, the device will be available in two color options and feature a dual camera setup with a pill-shaped layout.

The OnePlus Nord CE4 is set to offer a host of powerful features, including a textured design inspired by the OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey. Its dual rear camera setup is expected to feature a 50MP main lens alongside an 8MP secondary lens. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, the device will offer 8GB of RAM and storage options of up to 256GB. These specifications have been showcased on the company’s microsite, though some details remain unconfirmed. Additionally, the phone may feature an AMOLED screen, a sizable 5000mAh battery, and support for 100W fast charging, although these specifics have not been officially verified yet.
